Hey guys

For a limited time I'm offering my services to build some custom racks.
Can build to your specs and choice of tubing used (pricing will depend on tubing used)

Will use UPS ground for shipping

PM me any questions

Will post up some pics of my previous work.

First and foremost I am no welding superstar

I find myself with out any work right now and can use something to do instead of lurk around on MUD all day.

I'm not trying to get rich of this just something to help soften the blow of being unemployed.

If I need to buy a vendor star or what ever to talk about this I will no prob.

Just wanna contribute to the community and keep myself busy.

I can also do other items as needed. But lets start with these.

Let me know if your interested.

Lol ya... no. I live in Ohio married with children.

So here's so food for thought

The standard tubing I will be using for these is as follows
3/4" x 1/8" with the caliper in measures 1.05" O.D. x .125" wall thickness.
** EDIT** I originally posted DOM it is not DOM its schedule 40 pipe

Im located in Ohio will do my very best to ship cheaply. I wont charge a packaging fee or any other BS.

Like I said just need something to keep me busy and away from my wife.

Heres some pics of a couple projects

As you can see I made a few sets of sliders for Disco's

I have a Hobart 140 and a Lincoln sp 170-t mig machines

Just bought a ton of tubing so let the bending begin!!

Sliders look good... as does the pup. The disco is cute too.

My thin walled proto type I guess you could say.

Its only tacked up mostly at the moment. Some joints fully welded.
These will be designed to work with Gamiviti roof rack towers or I can leave the plates that will be bolted to the towers un-drilled so you can fit your own towers.

This rack is a work in progress and is no where near finished. Im thinking about scrap'n it and starting another with the Schedule 40 instead of the EMT.

How much for 60" long 48" wide w/4" tall sides shipped to 75165?

should have had you weld up my tow hooks! Hope you can stay busy. I've just maxed out on projects for some time hopefully. Good luck.

Give a hollar if you need anything else.

If you wanna buy this rack that I have pictured I'll let it go for $300.00 finished in bedliner. Let me know.

Can you do some simple front and rear tube bumpers?

Sure can PM what your wanting and willing to spend. Thanks
