Is that a LabRak roof rack?

Hard to tell from the angle being so flat, but could be a frontrunner rack.

I am pretty sure that LabRak wasn't even a company when SinCity had a 100 series....talk about a name from the way back on MUD. He was one of the very early guys building these trucks up.

What kind of tint is that?

The tint looks factory for everything past the front side windows. I would assume that's why there's two different shades.
