Who makes this bumper?

I saw this on a 4 Runner in Sacramento today. It's got the letters IF on the back
by the swing arm pivot. Just curious as who makes it, has some interesting ideas
I like. I would like to look up their website if they have one.

I looked at their site, after a couple of hrs looking. The one they had was more filled in
with plate. But it must be I think, thanks. I like the pivot design and the way the quarter
panel protection is attached underneath to the frame.
