Are you a dealer for Warn winches?

:flamingo:

Nope. No money for me in selling winches on the razor-thin margins they offer. But thanks for askin.

What's the word on the weather?

High temp's 'round 70 ... humidity in the teens ... mostly clear skies with the occasional scenic, white, puffy cloud in the shape of a Land Cruiser ... cool breeze 'bout 5 - 10 knots from the North.

Lows hoverin' in the mid-50's ... skies so clear you can feel the stars pressin' on your shoulders.

Therefore ... should be just right. :grinpimp:

:flamingo:

And don't forget the animated chipmunks and birds, helping gather flowers to decorate the scene.

LMAO

Kowboy,
Watch the mailbox, I'm sending you one of those flat rate boxes this afternoon. If you want me to bring copies of Toyota Trails, let me know. This box is drivers' bag goodies. Hope it gets there before the event.

Can I raffle off an all-expense paid trip to Magnolia, TX? :hmm:

The winner will be driven to Magnolia, in the beautiful Piney Woods region of Texas, room and meals will be provided (once they set up the bed, unpack the sheets, food, cookware, untensils, etc.) and is welcome to stay as long as they want (as long their unpacking boxes or until everything is unpacked and put away). I'll even find a liquor store and buy some beer (limit one per hour...... otherwise the stove might end up in the bedroom and the bed in the kitchen........:whoops:)

Got the box ... most excellent Nick!

Your timely generousity has exactly doubled the participants in the Driver's Bag project ... it's now up to 2 ... and that includes me.

Hopefully some more of our fine members will follow your lead and this will become an enjoyable and worthwhile cause. :meh:

Y'all got an official movin' date yet?

:flamingo:

Come on folks.... remember your roots.
There are lots of things that a White Trash Drivers Bag needs.
An extra lighter, chewing gum, an emergency beer, a clean pair of underwear....

Just box up 36 of something and send it to Kowboy.
PAR-TI-CI-PATION!

;)
Nick

Well said Nick!!

Gonna hop in the rental car today and clock some mileages so I can post up the exact directions to the Camp.

:flamingo:

cool being waiting for it!

Y'all got an official movin' date yet?

:flamingo:

The movin' truck is supposed to be at the house July 1 and unloaded. July 2 (if everythin' works out) Holley & I will be hookin' on to the travel trailer and headin' to the reunion and Debi will hopefully be up Friday evenin'.

I gotta find some camper hitch parts first.... Fireman's grade 8 bolt holdin' the hitch to the bumper didn't make it thru Norman comin' home........ Truck driver caught up to me on the north side of OKC and got me on the CB to tell me fell off and dang near hit his windshield :censor: ..... said he saw it land on the inside shoulder of the highway and didn't hit anyone or anything. At that point I was making real good time and opted not to go back and it..... probably beat to snot anyway. Fella said it hit the ground once, bounced 15 or 20 feet in the air, bounced a second time in front of his Pete and rolled off to the shoulder.

Holy crap, did the nut come off or did the bolt shear? Did the hitch itself come out of the receiver?
