I have had some questions about my white top so I thought I would post a couple of pics. The white is the same Toyota white as the FJ-40 and FJ Cruiser. Terry

Why not...it carries a little LC tradition and might even keep the truck cooler?

What is the full story behind the white top?

I like it with a snorkel better

Well, this was an Az vehicle and the top paint was deteriorating so I decided to match up the tops with my FJ-40 and FJ Cruiser. I had Maaco in TUS do the prep and paint match and it only cost $238. It does stay cooler inside in the summer.

It is difficult to see in these pics but Maaco put a 1/4 black border line between the red and white, which I think was a good accent touch. Terry

Thanks for posting the pictures I requested, Terry. Did they also take off the stock rack and fill the holes? Which Maaco? I appreciate it. Dave.

It actually never had the roof rack so the OEM plugs were in place. I used the Maaco on Palo Verde. Terry

Matches your head nicely too :D

Boy, is that ever true, whiter by the day!

How are you and Rose? I heard you have been quite busy. T

Can you please post pictures taken from the back? Is part of the lift gate painted white too?
This is about the best I could find. Yes, the lift gate has white on it too.
Hope it helps. Terry

Mine has no roof rack, nor does it have any OEM plugs or anything to plug:hmm:
