White smoke and rough idle 1hdt

i have lc 80 and have 1hdt in it it give a big gray smoke puff on start up and after standing in idle for good 5 to 10 min its start throwing smoke greyish or more like white and little blue ( but dont eat engine oil) again after stepping on it it throws a big puff and then get becks normal .????? what to do ...... it happend after when i travlled good 400km on torned air intake element pipe ......fuel filter also changed
changes air filter ,,, changed injectors , cheked turbo , now two things ahead valves seals and fuel pump ....... but thinking of doing fuel pump in first ...??? any suggestion

So after 2 years and a half and 40k travelled. Looks like my cylinder 6 piston ring snapped again!

Why?

What should i do different now? Baffled why. So many theories. Anyone else had this problem?

Mechanically everything think looks fine
Tune seems okay and strong
Gauges all say okay

Someone told me because of my gearing it cause my engine to stay on higher revs unlike the 80.

Someone said maybe oil pressure is weak to cylinder 6? Gauges are normal.
