Whining noise (1 Viewer)

Hi all,
I'm new to the forum and hope you can help me out with an issue on my '03 Prado.
A couple of months ago I bought a '03 Prado D4D manual with 76K km. I love it. Only thing is, I hear a whining noise (I'm pretty sure it's not the misses). It's seems to come from the engine bay.. but definitely from below. Not very loud and only hear it with the windows open. It only appears when I release the clutch, when driving. When rolling and pushing the clutch, the noise is gone. I had it checked twice, but they can't seem to find it. Hope you can point me in the right direction. Thanks

Might be better off in the 90 series section. Sounds like it could be a throw out bearing though.

In that case...clutch could be worn or throw out bearing

sounds like a bearing to me.
