what do you have for trans and it is easy takes about half and hour plus bendinjg rods

trans is stock 4 speed
t-case is stock. AA guy said for some reason that the 75 is still considered a 4 speed for some reason, something to do with the out put shaft. he told me part #715570 is the one i need. can anyone verify this?

I looked at thier site and I couldn't find any other part number for the LC kit, so it must be correct. Here is the tech doc for it: http://www.atlas-tc.com/pdf/712/715570.pdf

As I look at the parts in the drawing, it seems it shouldn't matter whether you have a rock box or not. The all-thread can be cut to proper length. See part numbers 723150 & 723768.

This is a timely thread for me as I am about to put a Toybox in mine and am considering my t-case shifter options as well.

The trailgear shifter is designed to work with the minitruck cases. I don't think it works with LC cases.

Great first-days take, on the third day!

See post #5.

i have the AA twinsticks that came with the orion hd

forgive my ignorance, but does a twin shifter let you select which axle is doing the pushing or pulling? Does it allow you to put the rear axle in neutral and select only the front axle? Wouldn't this be the benefit to the twin shifter especially with a locked front on slippery off-camber situations?

the twin stick allows you to choose between 2hi 2lo 4hi 4low, normally you only have a choice of 2h, 4hi, 4low, so it gives you the ability of 2low. also it is supposed to take out the slop of the shifters from what i have been told

leave the front axle hub out and shift into low range...still don't see the benefit unless it isolates the drive

Toyota one piece cases can not made to work like that. Its handy with a front locker that doesnt turn on and off with a switch.:D Of course Im to lazy to get out that much
