i ve a lj70 bundera 2L diesel engine non turbo and 4cycle G40 tranny.

which tranny can i use? swap to 5 cycle without changing bellhousing? G52, W56, R151f......??

I would say the G52 as it based on the G40,but I do not know for sure.Im sure Crushers will pop in soon and answer it.

Yes mate
The G52 will swap straight in , just get one from a RJ 70 truck , if you can't find one then use any G 52 or 55 and swap yr old G 40 mainshaft into it . Just a note tho you will have to check yr G40 mainshaft and make sure all the right sizes have been machined onto it so it can accept the 5 the gear bits .
Another option is you may be able to convert your g40 into a 5 sp using g52 bits but I'm not 100% sure on it.

some mechanics can do it in turkiye but very expensive aprx. 1000 dollars

Is that for labour only or does it include the cost of the 5 sp?

In any case,I bet its an improvement
