Which should I keep?

Sooo I have a 2000 silver limited I have had for a few years, has 230k but runs great ans I have taken pretty good care of it. The front seats are getting bad. It got some pretty bad hail damage recently on the hood and roof and was thinking of selling it. I found a black 3rd gen SR5 for 3800 bucks, needs rear diff bearings which I can toss in easily and has 190k and runs good, has a little lift and nice interior. I could get the hood fixed on the silver one for about 500 bucks and leave the roof as is and keep it, or sell it as is and keep the black one. I kinda like the climate control on the silver one and I like the silver color a lot.

They are both 4wd. But the silver one has the AWD button and auto climate control, and power seats. The black one is a SR5.

I say keep it fix the roof and hood and change out the seats I have a 1996 4runner limited and today it hit 311000 miles so yours is a young buck lol and please please lol remove the running boards it looks better I promise ...

Haha, well the running boards keep all the Colorado snow and slush off the side of the truck-which we get a lot of, I am super impressed how much better the black one rides with the spacers though, rides much nicer.

My silver one just hit 155,000 mi today. Sounds like she has a ways to go!

Well I sold the silver one. I'm now also selling the black one. I like the limited too much. So I just picked up a black n gold 99 fully loaded. I swapped trim packages between the two so the limited has the scoop and is now solid black. Still have to swap wheels around. Flushed the Trans, fixed tease leak, had the climate control rebuilt, installed double-din with back camera, recovered the drivers seat, and bought a supercharger. Don't have pics yet of the now limited/sr5-been working on it too much, but here is what the black sr5 now looks like:

Here is my new limited with sr5 trim...

This one has the locker, the all wheel drive button, power seats, and I added nav and a backup camera. Also going to install a used ssupercharger....

Supercharger installed. Also used the trd fmu. If you unplug the front o2 sensor the fmu provides all the fuel you need according to my afr gauge. In fact it's a little to rich. But that's OK.

Also picked up a 2nd supercharger. This one I'm port and polishing. U can see how I have opened up the inlet on the one side and will follow through with the other. The theory is to give the impellers more time to suck air every revolution.

Got the ported charger built and installed. Wow its loud now Iol. 7th injector to be installed. Also notice the Allen plugs for meth injection later
