Idaho Savage
GOLD Star
OK kids... Yes, I've read the search results and no, I'm not totally inept (just enough). I'm about to make some changes to Toshi and I need some subjective advice on what spring to get.
Current setup:
OME Mediums
KISS storage with maybe 50lbs of stuff in drawers
Metaltech Sliders
Slee Remote resi shocks
ARB front bumper with Warn 8k
Tundra steelies
275/70 R18 Toyo RTs (33s)
Timbren front and rear bump stops
Adding:
@4x4labs rear bumper with spare swing out, may add fuel cells
About me:
Mainly high speed dirt roads, some mild wheeling on occasion. I generally like a ride that errs on the stiffer side. The LC is largely my daily driver so lots of road driving.
Big Variable: I built up an M1102 trailer that weighs roughly 2500lbs. Im using it most weekends which involves both road driving and dirt. Its enough weight to push the rear down to the Timbrens. They help and keep things civilized but it's noticeable.
Question: I know this is subjective which is why I'm asking here. Should I stick with OMEs and get something more stout to accommodate the rear bumper? Are there other brands I should consider? Anyone running a similar program that can weigh in? Thanks in advance.
