Where to start, engine leak (1 Viewer)

I realise this is probably a ridiculous question, and I'm being impatient as this is going back to mechanic on Monday, but I'm itching to know where this leak could be (and how bad this is going to be). Had engine cleaned and then drove around all day to see where leak was coming from. We're sure there is a leak from tappet cover but there appears to be one on the back side of the engine and fairly high up based on the images attached. I appreciate it's dark and hard to see... but too impatient to even wait till morning.

Anyone have any ideas where to start looking? Engine is 1HD-FTE

Did you check the back of the valve cover (Tappet cover): Use a mirror and insert it between the valve cover and firewall.

Don't have a small enough mirror, thats what mechanic was hoping it was... Its getting replaced tomorrow anyway and I'll be so happy if that's what it is.
