Where does these attach? (1 Viewer)

I just replaced my engine mounts and identified missing hoses. I have been looking through the online manual for pics, but unable to locate what these parts are and most importantly, what they are attached to. I am not having any issues with my truck running, but find it odd that these are missing. Both are on the front left side next to the engine mount. Left side as if I was sitting in the truck....

I think those are just there to allow trapped condensation to escape. No hose required.

So I found out the bottom pic is the fuel injection pump (new to working on this truck so forgive my lack of experience with this engine). The new ones look the same so i'm not worried about that.

Top picture I still don't know what those are for. The vertical fitting has part of a hose or something still attached to it. The horizontal fitting looks like a hose should be attached to it. Just don't know what it goes too....
