The clamp around the AC line with the rubber isolator is refrigerant pipe clamp 88718-60880. It doesn’t come with any of the hardware.

That is correct, and you can reuse the hardware. One of the first thing I did when I got my LX470.

Very common for the rubber part the split in two. Unfortunately, it is molded to the bracket so the entire bracket needs to be replaced instead of just the rubber part.

The rubber part can be replaced, not exactly the same, but good enough for me.

Rubber insulator for AC line above radiator

One of the insulators for AC line above the radiator broke and I don't want to pay $40 for 88718-60880. I found this Toyota part that works good enough for me. The longer thread on one side is not a problem for this application. Part number is 88467-30270. It costs $1.11 from my local dealer.
