They look like the ones on my last FJ-40. Are any made like this that would work on the 100 series? On closer inspection that looks to be solid front axle 105.

They actually have 5 lugs... as all 100 series have 5 lugs... just the offset is incorrect. There is an IFS version. Best bet is to buy used from Australia or contact somebody like Dave at Japan4x4 and ship from Japan. They retail for about $150/ea. Beno/CDan would be worth a try too.

I stand corrected... thanks for the clarification. =]

I was always under the impression that the 105 was a 100 body with an 80 underneath.

The 105 does have 6 lugs.

I could be wrong ,but I recently bought front rotors for my lx and they had 6 lugs , when I took them back the guy behind the counter said they were for a 105 series and not 100.

maybe he made a mistake (he made the original one giving you the wrong rotors) and meant 120 series(or 80)?

The are off the 105 series and are steel and a 5 lug ,they are off / you will find them on the Aus model 105 series GXL which is actaully a GX and toyota Aus badge them as GXLs,which are the model below the VX,they also come on the post 99 Cruiser 7x series Which share the same stud pattern and off set rim as the 105 series,
this is the 5 stud

On our GXL (gx) 80 series the come with a rim which looks very simular but is 6 stud
I have seen some 105 series alloys on a 100 series and the wheels stick out past the wheel arches

80 series 6 stud on left 105 series 5 stud on right

Also to answer your questions theres loads in Aus :D

Factory steelies

The 100 series factory steel wheels are available from your local Toyota dealer as are the 80 series steel wheels. The center caps are also available locally. You do not need to go out of country to get these FYI. I bought mine from my local dealer a few years back. See pic.

Nice Diesel 80, BTW!

I know the 80 steel wheels are easily available but I have not seen the 100 series wheels offered in the parts catalog for North America. Maybe one of our parts gurus can help.

Is that for 4? Just kidding. Do you need new lug nuts? Do you have a pciture?

Uh....no.

Not sure on the lug nuts. Didn't research it much more than just confirming that the steelies are available. I assume you would need new lug nuts. I did with mine when I went from aluminums to steelies on my 80.

I do not have a picture unfortunately.

Thanks.
