Wheels....need help

Speaking of wheels, I ordered a set of TRD RW with KO2's for my LC, just got a call from the dealership that Toyota will not sell as my car does not comes with them, they need a VIN as they will only replace not sell a new set.
Anyone came across that issue?
Or anyone recommend a set of wheels in 17 like the TRD?

That is correct, the TRD wheels have been put on restricted supply and you can only purchase them for the vehicle that they came on.

go borrow a vin on ebay or auto trader?

It may have to do with testing. If TRD did not test the vehicle with them, they may not want the possible liability.

So now I am looking for a set of wheels in 17, any suggestions?
