The tire on my wheel barrel was empty of air and then became unseated. How do I reseat it so I can refill it? I can get it in the right spot, just not sealing to hold the air

Take one of those 1" ratchet straps and cinch it tight around the circumference of the tire. That will cause the beads to seal enough against the rim so it will hold air enough to fill.

Also make shure there is no dirt or rust between the bead and the rim.

Take the core out of the valve stem, so the air can go in faster. Replace it when you get the tire seated. Use a blower tip instead of a tire filler end on your hose. Disregard all of this if you don't have a compressor. :D This method usually works without having to use a ratchet strap as suggested by Capt. Jim, but sometimes the strap is necessary.

Lighter fluid or starter fluid.

Inflatable wheelbarrow tires are clown $hit. Run down to Lowes and score you a solid rubber tire and dont waste another second thinking about how to fix a wheelbarrow tire.

x2. I put a solid tire on my wheel barrow 13 years ago and quit sweating it. Now, I need a wheel barrow, I go grab the wheel barrow. No worries, it just does what I need it to do every time.

Thanks Guys. This answer looks good. I had 2 tons of rock delivered and pulled out the wheel barrel and the tire goes flat. Good thing it got dropped close to where I needed it.

x1000 I dont think there is a wheelbarrow tire in the whole world made to hold air. I bet the air warranty runs out the second time you want to use it. Get the solid tire.

Nothing to add here except that I agree with all of the above advice
