Wheel sizes - standard wheels

I would like to get an extra set of standard wheels for my 1999 LC. I prefer the 18" wheels from the later LC's as I will probably be changing to a more recent vehicle soon and would like the new set of wheels to match those on that vehicle.

I am assuming that the bolt pattern, offsets etc. haven't changed on the latest vehicles and that the 18" wheels will fit a 1999 LC?

I have been offered a set of 18" wheels which are supposedly off a recent LC. However, they are 8" wide and I seem to recall that LC wheels should be 8.5" wide (I could easily be wrong). I am told that the full specs. for the wheels on offer are 18 x 8JJ 60. Does this sound correct?
