Hello all,
I am new to the forum and I have a grey metallic 2003 100 series LC and have basically 100% stock parts. I want to put KO2s on and I am wondering whether a 275/65R18 or a 285/60R18. Worried about the bigger size being cramped in the wheel wells and do not want to lift but I am thinking about cranking the keys some on the front suspension to level it out.
Thanks for any input

Is this a trick question? The wheel size for both would be 18". :)

285/65R18 or 275/70R18 would be the more common tire "upgrade" sizes used on the 100 series. Either size should work without a lift. 275/70R18 has a price advantage (it tends to be cheaper).

It was more an aesthetic thing than a physical not being able to fit. Sometimes I think certain tires look cramped in too small a wheel well. I was wondering which one would look like a better fit.

These are 275/65 ko2s. I think they're a an inch bigger than stock, same width. Felt it was a good compromise between practicality and want. I love the 33" look and performance off-road and if I lived somewhere that I could off-road more I'd probably gone 33". Reality is I daily drive this thing on paved roads and only get a chance to play off-road a hand full of times a year. 32" probably gets a little better mpg and might feel a bit better on a daily driver.
