I am looking to get new 18" wheels for my 06 LX. I believe the factory wheel has a 25mm positive offset (18X8.5). I don't want the wheels sticking too far out. However I found a Fuel Shock 18X9 that has a negative 12mm offset. I assume this means it stick out further from the vehicle than the stock wheel. I don't mind a little of that but I don't want the Dodge Truck look with the "Hot Wheels" package. Any help is appreciated.

Lots of tire & wheel info in the search bar. FYI Stock wheels are +60 officially "8Jx18 ET60"

Anything less than +25mm offset gets you closer to rubs, more wear & tear on wheel bearings, spindles etc. Also most aftermarket 18" wheels are 9" wide (stock 8") take that into consideration.

You can also find a lot of stock info here

And with this configurator
