What’s this hanging part by my passenger wheel well?

I recently had new cats installed and today i figured out what was banging inside my passenger wheel well.

Does this look like the oem stock actuator for the stock oem shock?

Before I remove it, I figure I ask.

It's the ride control actuator that was used to change the valving on your original shocks (comfort to sport). Looks like someone has installed aftermarket shocks, so not needed any longer.

I just wanted to confirm that’s what it was. I bought the gx470 4 years ago already with Bilstein 6112s upfront, but the shock actuator fell out of place this week maybe after off-roading in anza borrego...
