Hello

So my brake is leaking down there due to me driving with bad pads that flew while driving on the highway and brake started to leak so I thought callipers broke or something
what tools do I need to change these things? Like what socket sizes?

Thank you

Inspect and try to find the source. Bad/worn brake pads lead to metal on metal contact, not brake fluid leaks.
Lots of info here on brakes and servicing them, heck even YouTube videos of it if you need a visual.

In general you could pretty much disassemble and entire Toyota vehicle with only a 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 17mm, 19mm, maybe a Crescent wrench and a -/+ screwdriver set. The only special tool I've needed to buy for my Toyotas is the 54mm socket to remove hubs
