What product/protectant to use on 200 seats? Are they real leather?

I have Lexol leather cleaner and leather conditioner as well as the Vinylex vinyl protectant. Are our seats true leather or synthetic vinyl?
What should we use?

I'd stick with the Lexol.

If you can find it, the Toyota leather conditioner is superb. I'll look at the can I have at home tonight and get a P/N.

Otherwise, my choice is Lexol as well

On Edit: Toyota Vinyl and Leather Protector, P/N 00289-iVL00

I think about my leather after 5 years or so - not when the car is new ;)

Surfy

Added part number to post 3

Coated leather, treat it like it is plastic coated. Clean with mild soap and water or any vinyl cleaner. Leather conditioners will not penetrate.

Thank you. That's exactly what I was looking for.
One of the things I loved about the LX570 was the leather but I couldn't justify the extra 20K. Next truck. I'd probably buy the LX.

I think you could have one hell of a set of custom leather seats made for a lot less than $20k!
