This will be my wife's truck, so I won't need anything with modifications, just a reliable, capable SUV to move the kids around...

They stoped selling the FJ40 in the US in 1983. I think there was a 84 model sold outside the US. Since your posting in this forum, I assume you are looking for an 80. Use this link:

what the hell? I can't believe I typed that, I know the difference between the FJ40 and FJ80's..

I also found out that the 1991 and 1992 have the weaker 4.0 after I wrote my sig, and I'd rather have a 1993+
