Planning on going to look at a 2006 with the V8. Anything I should pay special attention to when checking it over? Seller said timing belt was done at 90k but truck currently has 210k. Claims no rust and some other maintenance stuff done like brakes and new UCA's. Lifted with a Toytech/Bilstien lift.

Rust, and a smooth running engine. Anything else is fairly easy to address. Buy it and have fun. I have 4 of them and one is a V8, unfortunately that one is 2WD but I picked it up at 249K miles and it runs fantastic. If he put a lift on it he probably took care of the lower ball joints. A leaky valve cover gasket can be common, but again, not a big deal.

@Nubster Did you find what you're looking for? Do a history check and make sure the frame is clean (Rust) and straight.
V8 is great when running right, oil leak is common with high mileage also leak at the transfer case is another thing to look for.
