what to keep trans/xfer

i've got the junk 4spd trans and xfer that i took out when i did the w56, if i want to consider dual cases later, what should i keep? just that funky center section?

also, this was a forward shift setup and i know have top shift. if i want to go back to forward shift, what do i need? same center section?

got to get this stuff outta the yard for the yard nazis, so let me know....thanks

You should check out the the FAQ on pirate, there a cool write-up in there about hybrid X-case (using both forward shift and top shift style) Called a twin stick, slight mod to the shift rod is required. I dont remember the thread, but well woth looking for if $$$ is an issue.
