I have replaced some of the panels on the two front seats just from being worn out. The problem is, the rest looks pretty dern good; but no how hard i try, i cannot stop it from drying. Any suggestions? I have almost 190k, but the interior looks really good other than the drying, and starting to crack leather. What can i do to stop this. I clean and condition it regularly, to little avail.

that is not what i want to hear!!! The back seats are in pretty good shape for the age, they will just not retain healthy moisture. Any wonder product?

Never tried it, but here's another vote for Leatherique. I've seen some amazing before and after shots on here from people who have used that stuff. I've been meaning to order some of their cleaner and conditioner just to breathe some life back into my own seats. Haven't gotten around to it yet though.

sounds good. I will give it a shot.

Warmage - How many bottles do you need to cover all of the leather on the LC?

I have been using the Mother's leather cleaner and conditioner. The bottles look just like the Lexus stuff so I am pretty sure they are making the same stuff for Lexus.

I have had good luck with Meguiars Leather cleaner and conditioner. I pull all the seats out and clean them up. I rub the cleaner/conditioner on with my hand, let it sit for 15 minutes and wipe off with a old t-shirt. Repeat 3 times and instal seats. You literally slide around in them for the rest of the week.

I have a cloth interior in my 100 but use the Meguires on the seats in my wife's 1999 Grand Marquise. The rear seats are like new, the front seats are worn out but still not dry. Pretty good for a car that has spent the last 10 years in the high desert.

BTW the cloth seats in my 1998 Cruiser look like new and it see's at least as many miles per year as the Mercury. All I do with it is shampoo a couple of times a year and vacuum once a month or as required. Given the choice I'd always take cloth over leather, it also has a nice "butt grip" off road.

the bottle should do for months , unless you over use it

this is a conditioner not a cleaner , so you will use it every 3+ weeks
to keep the leather fresh , depend on how you abuse the leather

would work and last more if your leather is clean from oils/grim/other chemical dressings

for my cars i use it every month , and its the only leather conditioner i found that will leave the surface satin not slippery or shiny

try to get a sample if you are not sure about it

just picked up the adams on amazon, cant wait to get it on the seats.

I wonder if Leatherique cleaner + Adams conditioner would make a good combo...

works great. Thanks for the recommendation. It does a really good job.
