37 12.50 16 SSR's. Have Cut 38 12.50 15 TSL's on 2.5" bsp wheels ready to bolt on, from last rig. (after some body mods) Shiner Bock and a sawzall will fix all!

315/75/16 Cooper Discoverer STT - love the tires, wish they were mounted on 10" rims and were a bit bigger :)

G'day,

Technicaly an 80 series... 3 sets of BFG A/T's 31-32-33in respectively, now running BFG M/T's in a 35in.

Cheers,

Ross.

ewwww, that last pic makes me cringe!

Thats what happens when you use skinny tires on 8" wide rims. ( I think 255 are recommended for 6.5-7.5?) I kinda like the skinnies to but would worry about blowing a bead. Plus they look so much cooler on some 70 series steelies. :)

35x12.5x16 Trxus MT's up till two weeks ago....now I'm breaking in a set of 315/75rx16 BGF MT KM2's. So far I'm impressed!

are you stock geared? was wondering how the heavy 35" interco's would be on a stock geared 80. id imagine its pretty slow...

im running bfg 315's. looking into getting 35" trxus or ssr's...but their weight is a slight turnoff since im not wanting to regear.

I am regeared (4:88). I really liked the Trxus MT's A lot! The turn off on them is wear. They are incredible in the deep snow, they stick hard to rocks and they are very quiet on the highway! They do require frequent rotation with rebalancing to keep the wear even. The KM2's drive excellent and seem to do well at most everything so far but the noise is their turn off for me. I have stayed away from the Toyo's for the same reason but all reviews have said the KM2's are quieter than the Toyos. I have got more used to the noise but I suspect as the tires get a pattern wore in they will keep getting noisier.

Stock gearing and 35's on an 80 just isn't a happy mix!

im buyin a set of 32" Goodyear MTR s for my stock 15" rims. off-road use only. hehe:flipoff2:

Running 285/75/16R BFG AT.

G'day,

I'm running 315/75/16 BFG muds, seem quite durable, good in mud, passable in sand, not bad on the highway but getting louder the more they wear. These follow three sets of BFG A/T's and I would definately run the muds again. I'm watching with interest peoples thoughts on the new model...

Cheers.
