what size lift do you need to fit 35s under a '98 runner?

Just what the title says. How tall do I need to go to fit 35 inch tires on my runner? And will I need to chop the fenders any?

Quite a bit actually, these rigs aren't too fond of 35s. And to make things harder any front lift over 3" sucks for actual suspension travel.

If you have to run 35s I'd do a 3" front/4" rear spring lift with new shocks, a 1" or 2" body lift, and cut/pound the snot out of the fenderwells.

You can run 35's on the Toytec Ultimate lift. I had to do some trimming because the Pitbulls have a bit more meat than other 35's. Others are running 35s with just a small trim on the back corner of the front fender.
