I'm going to guess a really really well made home-brew. There was a guy on ebay that made some of that looked just like this. He was out west, Arizona maybe.

Is that pic from the USA?....... aussie made front, full float rear, non usa rear bumper, sliding rear
windows and looks like a misplaced steering wheel.
My guess is the rack is aussie made. tjm has similar

Yes, it is an aussie spec cruiser. I got this picture from the 60 series registry.

I don't think the Rack is a TJM, but good guess they do look similar.

Maybe I should post in the diesel section and see if any of those guys can identify it.

There were lots of those types of racks here in Aus. made by lots of manufacturers. Hard to identify any of them.
