What is wrong with this Cruiser that it's so cheap?

I'm looking at possibly picking up an FJ Cruiser and came across this and I'm thinking "Ok, what's the scam?"

I don't know dude...even in "fair" condition KBB has a price of ~$25k for that vehicle with that mileage/package. In "good" private party is ~$27k. That's ~$8-10k less than KBB value. That's a lot of cash.

HAHA...I've totally gotten that. It was actually someone trying to buy a car I was selling. What a crock.

I did email them so we'll see what they say.
