Well , it has been used on 1991-2010 Volvos , for turbo valve control , B280 High Altitude starting ETC. It's a simple 3 hose vacuum controlling valve.
One is vac supplied , second is vac routed when power is supplied , third is a vent for when the power and the dash-pot needs to be released.
Common part for volvo turbos and used on other volvos for controlling stuff.
