What is it, what do I need to fix it, and why would it leak?

Been a while since I've been here, because nothing has been a problem. But now I have one.
A few weeks ago, after driving in H4 during yet another snowstorm, I suddenly smelled burning oil. I was a block away from home so I kept going, I really didn't even know it was me or a smell from outside.
I popped the hood, and the whole drivers side wheel well was covered with black oil. ( I was due for a change) None of the normal places on the engine where oil could leak from was dirty, just the wheel well, and all the hoses and stuff there. Spent a few days wiping things down, and checking for drip on the cardboard I would put under the truck after I drove it. Except for dirty water from the snow, I never saw any oil drips at all...ever. And the smell got weaker as time went on.
Today I was changing a headlight because it actually got above 0 degrees, and I notice an amount of oil again, mostly on the hoses and the frame underneath.
I'm looking at the area, and out of the corner of my eye I see a drip coming from the fitting in the picture. I wiped it off, watched for a minute or so, and saw the drop form again.
Now I know were its coming from, but admit I don't now what the fitting is called, and what I need to do to fix it.
There is NO smell of fuel.

Thanks in advance for any help

It looks like part of the PCV system. Maybe going up to the intake? It probably leaks because there should only be vapor in it if that is the case. Could your PCV valve be clogged up? Need to see where exactly it goes. I am too lazy at the moment to go look at mine lol
