What goes in the panel inside the tailgate?

Hey guys, so I'm loving my Land Cruiser so far, but since it was slightly used, I've noticed a couple things missing. One is on the drop down tailgate, the storage panel on the left side is empty. On the right side is the jack, but I'm not sure what should be on the left. Any ideas?

In some markets (not the US) there is a roadside emergency kit that goes there (reflectors, flares, etc). At least that is my understanding.

the left side comes empty if memory serves me... I put gloves and a tow rope in there...

yup left is empty, using it to store panel removers and bulbs
