what does the T-BELT mean ?

In my Lexus LX470 1998 when i want to turn on the car i switch to acc and i see all the icons on the screen in front of me (i mean where the gauges are) i see T-BELT wrote in orange. what it does ? and how i can start it ?

i dont know because i always see it before i start the car when i switch the key to acc i see all the icons and i see T-belt and i dont know what is used for or what does it mean or how to start it.

Yes, I believe it's something in the diesels... My friend's 87 diesel toyota pickup had that light too.
