Me too. I pulled my flares off a while ago to take pictures and measurements. I may be taking the plunge on rear ones soon. Something to tie the rear Demello to my Metal Tech sliders seems pretty easy. The front flares are a little bit different. The AP and Demello front bumpers aren't structural enough to really support a rock bashing tube flare.

both an exit through fresh air vent and high up on fender near A-Pillar with all tubing running inside fender instead of on outside of fender is being examined....with a different setup for intake as well.

thanks for your ideas....hopefully we will see some progress in a month or so.

If I keep following this joker, I may need one sooner Actually, we did NOT follow him at this water crossing and this is him coming back to our side of the "crik".

still working....guy i have that is donating his FJ for prototyping has been too busy and is trying to get there this month. Sorry it is so slow...but without driving up to PA to use my own and waste 2 weeks of leave....I dont have much choice. Bad thing is had lots of volunteers that JUST BOUGHT new snorkels for a group buy in their club up in that area...LMAO

This is the MetalTech tube bumper, got it just a few months ago! Really liked that it was so light weight. Wouldn't work on the front, but nice on the back! I had already sheered off most of the plastic parts by the time I got it.

As I mentioned earlier, took the plunge and tied my bumpers to my sliders with tube fenders...

this is the working prototype. ACCToyota.com is working on the finals to sell as kits.
