Was, so may have been done. Check! Certified cars are warranty, beyond the 60K mile.

Under warranty they replaced transmission and T-converter IIRC.

Issue seem to get relief by flushing, from what I've read. Test by duplication driving condition once and awhile.

FYI, the color is not Blue Vapor Metallic (which I really like in person) - it is Eucalyptus Mica. When you see the two next to each other it is a big difference. The first is a silver, gray, blue combo and the latter is more of a lightish green.
Yeah, that's what I was thinking also

So my brother, who is a mechanic, went by and tested everything. He said everything works great except driver mirror doesn't fold by button, light on visor flickers, and he didn't know how to see fill line on ahc reservoir .....said it went up and down great.....still a little concerned on mileage. I know with this mileage I may run into things and no guarantee way to tell but would anyone not go with it and why

I personally wouldn't be bothered by the mileage, It's only slightly over average for the age. Actually IMO excess miles may be a good sign, one thing you have to consider about low mileage older vehicles is that they were likely just used for short distances around town. That constant stop and go is MUCH harder on the drivetrain, and really every part on the vehicle, than some commuter that just cruises at 70 mph for the majority of their trip to work and back.
