Yes i remember. Looks awesome! Hoping to do a engine swap in mine when i graduate(if)! I want to make it my daily driver but alot has to happen between now and then!

Nice looking 62! I got our exhaust on the 4runner patched back up. I must have had a hole before it broke loose as it is much quieter now and we still do not have a tailpipe (just ends at the muffler).

Cleaned up my nato gas cans. Look better from afar but im happy with them so far.

Still wet in 2nd pic but probably will need to be hit again. I did lightly sand them but still not terribly smooth. Hey there gas cans;)

Well that's no good. Is that servicable?

Indeed, it is. I placed a call to Metal-Tech for advice. I also posted the same pics on FB and Mark Hawley (founder of MT) posted a response and also personally called me on my cell phone. He said that he talked to the Asst GM at ICON and they are sending me two new (upgraded) studs to replace the broken one and the yet-unbroken one. Turns out the early model 2.0 aluminum rear shocks had a milder steel stud. They started getting reports of them shearing at the threads and upgraded the design to forged studs the following year. So despite the fact that these are almost 3 years old, ICON is sending me the parts at no cost. Yay Metal-Tech and ICON!

That's how you do business for sure.

Well that helps with choosing some front coil-overs for the 3rd gen when the time comes.

@BMThiker Rick how are the ICONS on the road? Since you DD yours in ATL, I'd say you are going to be able to give me the best feedback on them.

Swapped on the mud terrains and reinstalled slider for Logan's run. Eve threw a color swap in on the wheels.

Well the FedEx guy tried three times this week to deliver these, but they wanted signature for release. So I wound up going to the FedEx substation to pick them up yesterday. Cool, but still missing some parts...washers, bushings, nuts. I contacted ICON and they are going to overnight them for Saturday delivery.

Oh, Shiny!

Still looking better all the time. I'm still lurking around you know got to keep an eye on your all. LOL

Finally got it all back together last night after work. The original studs were epoxied into the top of the shock, so I had to resort to some ingenuity since I didn't have a strap wrench.

Changing your seats?

So my AC has been dying all summer long. Recharged it a couple times. Took it to an AC specialist and its probably the evap core. I think I may have him install some more 12V outlets while they are in there...here's why
