Got a Double Cardin rear driveshaft from @landtank. . But I'm still growling between acceleration and deceleration
Tough to tell from the photo, but have you adjusted the pinion angle such that it points directly towards the double cardin joint (make the pinion joint angle zero)? Disregard if BOTH joints are now double cardin.

Looks good, no wheel spacers? Liking the tires so far?
I don't have wheel spacers. I bought some but haven't decided if I want to use them or not. Looks fine without. Waiting for the snow to melt so i can get into the hills and properly test the tires. I ended up with these primarily because there were very few options available in a mud tire in this size. I was looking for KM3s but Around here I could only find these and Toyo MTs in stock. I've had the Toyos in the past and they wore poorly and very fast - they are also nearly 10 lbs heavier per tire than the Maxxis so I went with the Maxxis. They do have some road noise, however it's been a while since I've had mud tires on a vehicle newer than 1986 so they may be quiet in comparison to others. Part of me wishes I'd just done some KO2s as they are pretty quiet and I've had good luck with them. But, they are not good in muddy conditions.

Got a quick wash before it get dirty again this weekend at NC's Relic Run.

Snorkel install last night. Simple install but unsettling to drill through the A pillar and fender panel since any mistakes are not easily fixed. ARB's template was accurate and the snorkel is stout. Many thanks to my 14 year old son and his skinny arms and flexibility. He installed all the inner fender bolts for me otherwise I would still be working on it. FYI if you forget to reconnect the air injection hose afterward you'll be shocked at how much the snorkel changed the sound of your rig 🤣

Yeah; I pick up my HDJ80 from Halifax mid may, it's coming with KO2's but no spare.... so I'm thinking if i have to purchase a spare anyways best time to change them is now. I have a few tires in mind. Either st maxx cuz I had good luck with them before or the maxxis razr mt or geolandar mt.

Yeah Geolander, KM3, General Grabber MT and others at the tp of my list but around here availability date not known or at least a month out. I think the Maxxis Razr will be great, they had lots of good reviews on them. I should say when I first picked up the rig it seemed noisy, but since I bought it in stock condition with Michelin hwy tires on it, it was just a big change from those quiet tires. I've spent a lot of time under the 80 doing mods in the last few weeks.

Oil change and filter.
Tire rotation
Inspected a rattle on the exhaust. Turns out ordering exhaust was a good idea.

Washed it.

And then went out in public dressed like this...

Drove to get my kids today.
172 miles all freeway.

Just for fun I filled up before I hit the freeway. 65 mph the whole trip. Filled up with I got back.

Managed 20.17 mpg corrected for 35s

Installed a 3" body lift:

3) Remove old hardware
4) Lift and block 3" high
5) Clean and corrosion control
6) New rubber
7) washer

9) New hardware

Also get ready for the transfer case to pop out of low range, especially going uphill in sand or snow. And your steering shaft is going to be mis aligned where it goes through the firewall. When you start hearing and feeling a new clunk in your pedals that will be the cause.
