i use mine for work regularly....

Damn how did that happen? My screws are stripped too, but don't need cleaning yet. I will replace it will a regular metric bolts going forward.
Gave her a little taparoo with a small hammer and Phillips head to try and get it loose. Snapped right off. It had to have been cracked.

New toys showed up for my bin of stuff I keep in the LC.

Lame pic, but 315/75/R16 Maxxis Razr MT installed this morning. I installed the Dobinsons 2.5" MRR lift and VT springs, bumper, Warn Evo and ARB Solis lights over the last couple of weeks. Rides really nice.

Didn't go anywhere this weekend so I continued working on the bumper. Finished the driver's side wing...

Ran out of plate to finish the passenger side wing so I started on the kickouts...

I ordered a gasket for my dump pipe from radd cruisers.

And exhaust from superior engineering in Australia

definitely not for everybody. I run 6-10 psi on my beadlocks, so airing down and up takes a while on 37s

I can completely understand the logic behind it. Years ago when I actually wheeled in a more hardcore capacity I ran 39.5 irocs so airing them up and down was a chore at best and a nightmare at worst

What are we looking at next to the 80 here?
The big blue thing is a filter receiver. In this case to be used in a process for dust from a grain handling facility. It is used in the process of conveying the grain and moving it from point A to point B.

The tall white machine in the background is a 200 HP pressure blower to convey cement in a dilute phase pneumatic conveying system, such as from a rail car to a silo.

Are you leaving the bumper as is, or adding the wings?

Most likely leaving it.

Just finished welding it up today; I added seams on the inside, welded the light brackets in place (for my DD SS3 fog lights), and welded up the recovery points.

I'm thinking I may want to relocate the A/C drier, and possibly cut up the support brackets for a cleaner look.

I understand that the shackles' bolts are pointing down to allow the rear door to be opened fully, but vibrations could open those bolts.
I would suggest using shackles that are secured with safety pins instead of bolts.

Finished the rear platform and storage cubbies, aside from a topcoat finish (I'll do that when it's a bit warmer).

With the forward hinged section down, it's about 77" x 54" of sleeping area. Now just a matter of figuring out gear storage and where things should go.

Looks pretty good! With it being all one piece how difficult is it to remove?

Or don't drive around with shackles on.
