Regular gear oil for the difs and Tcase (plus LSD additive for the rear), as per the FSM specs. And, I will be filling the tranny with synthetic gear oil as I am tired of a notchy box when its really cold.

After some reading and research, I bought a case of Red Line gear oil a few months ago.. I just need to haul my lazy bum and do the change.
Red Line Oil: Gear Lubricants
I picked it just as the Looine was on its way down so, I got it for 12 C$ a quart. Don't know how much it is selling for now.. According to the capacities in the manual, you will need ~ 7.5 Liters to do all your drive train. Here's what I compiled from the manual:

Differntials:
=============
Pages: SA-37 (front) SA-96 (rear)
Oil: Hypoid Gear Oil API GL-5 SAE 80W90 (front and Rear)
Capacity: 2.80 Liters (Front)
3.25 Liters (Rear) + LSD additive

Transfer Case:
==============
Pages: TF-2, TF-3,
Model: HF2A
Oil: API GL-4 or GL-5, 75W90
Capacity: 1.3 Liters

Lucky you have such a small amount to change. Mine is close to 17L including the tranny.

From what I've heard you can't beat the Redline - especially in the manual tranny.
