So i was thinking about changing both differential, (front is open and the rear is a limited slip), transfer case and transmission oil in the HDJ81 and was wondering what i should use? so what are you using?

After some reading and research, I bought a case of Red Line gear oil a few months ago.. I just need to haul my lazy bum and do the change.
Red Line Oil: Gear Lubricants
I picked it just as the Looine was on its way down so, I got it for 12 C$ a quart. Don't know how much it is selling for now.. According to the capacities in the manual, you will need ~ 7.5 Liters to do all your drive train. Here's what I compiled from the manual:

Differntials:
=============
Pages: SA-37 (front) SA-96 (rear)
Oil: Hypoid Gear Oil API GL-5 SAE 80W90 (front and Rear)
Capacity: 2.80 Liters (Front)
3.25 Liters (Rear) + LSD additive

Transfer Case:
==============
Pages: TF-2, TF-3,
Model: HF2A
Oil: API GL-4 or GL-5, 75W90
Capacity: 1.3 Liters
