I love this steering wheel. Does anyone have any more/better pics of this wheel? It is hard for me to tell if this is the burl ash color that was available on the dash kits here in the US back in 07 or if this is a darker wood. Any info/part numbers would be great.

Wow, I feel as if I know so much about Toyota/Lexus that there would never be a US model/feature that I would not have heard about before. This would be it. Did not know this was available on the final LX470s. Did not even remember seeing anything on a Special Edition either.

So is this wheel more "black" or "gray?" Would it match the gray OEM birdseye wood trim kit?

Also I see two different part numbers posted. Both 45100-60490-B0 and 45100‑60590‑B0 are said to be correct. I will try to get a definitive answer from Lexus today.

The PN I posted is correct. I have not actually seen the SE LX but I would bet the wood on the steering to match the rest of the interior. Take a look at the cup holder in the link I posted. It'll look very dark, almost black at night but you dark gray in the sunlight and should show the wood detail.

The LX steering wheel uses real wood, as does the rest of the trimming. Can't say if it matches the stick on stuff.

Correct part number: 45100-0W170-B0 List: $761.46

1 Available in the US.

Part: 45100-0W170-B0 seems to come up as being a leather steering wheel for T100, Tacoma and 4Runner (according to toyotaworld.com). Plus the price of $761 seems so cheap for a wheel with wood. I know the 02-05 GS430 wood wheels for over $2,000.

Also, part: 45100‑60590‑B0 seems like it could be it based on it's msrp of $1,948. Maybe if I provide a VIN from an actual 07 LX470 Special Edition, I could get and absolute correct answer from Lexus. I see that there is currently one SE in Florida right now that is listed on autotrader.com

I am 99% sure the PN I posted is correct. I'll even wager my genuine Lexus running boards on it! :p

I also cross referenced 45100‑60590‑B0... and other than the SE LX, it was only available in the JDM. Toyota saves or includes most all the bling cruiser parts for JDM.

Your signature does not say which cruiser you have. You should really include that if you want the best help. But if you have an earlier 100 steering wheel, I don't think this outer wheel will be compatible with the earlier year airbag center section.
