Hi guys, I used to have the 80 series, 1994, jdm, diesel 1hz engine. It was great however very underpowered and little too spartan for driving long distances, as the result i stopped building it and figured to ipgrade. Anyways long story short I'm happy new owner of this 2002 fully loaded 100 series)
the first picture is of my old 80 series that's now gone, then my new 100 and last one is of beautiful mtn. Robson on my drive back from Victoria BC

83000 miles. I wonder if there's anything I should be looking out for as far as mechanical goes?!

Timing belt in 7,000 more miles

Check the CV joint and boot

Air filters

Basically just any routine mantainance I would think.

I honestly did not figure out what the little switch is for yet. I just got it a few days ago and have to go away for a bit for work so I'll have to figure out a few things with the truck and kind of dissect it still.
Yes the land cruiser were never made in canada only lx470. So there was only 5 for sale in whole country. I had to fly 1500kms to pick up this bad boy. There's a bit of sweating from the cv boots so it might be time to change them soon. Other than that it rides like a cruise ship. Smooth, quiet and good pick up and go power through the mountain roads and whatnot.!

Also can anyone tell me the noob, how wide are 18" stock rims, the bolt pattern and what offset should I go with for a little more poke or whether I should go stock offset and spacers instead. Thanks guys!
