So I had the timing belt/water pump replaced along with all fluids flushed. I used a shop I've used for the past 5 yers, good guys and have never had an issue with them. I go to pick the GX up and I noticed the window switches don't all work. The driver switch works but none of the other ones do. So I go back in and tell them. They say to bring it back in the AM so they can figure things out.

So I drive off, hit my first bump in the road and it feels like I'm riding a bucking bronco. I pull over look the vehicle over and nothing seems out of place. Procede down the road and same thing. Then I realized the dampend suspension isn't working. So I'm basically riding on springs. Also noticed the sunroof will only work while holding the button after a few seconds, no auto open/close??

I will be taking it back in the AM to have them diag all of this but I'm wondering if there is some sort of reset that needs to take place or if they possibly shorted something, somehow?

Any ideas or thoughts?

You’ll need to reset the windows and sunroof anytime the battery is disconnected. I can’t quite figure out that “feature.” No clue on the suspension though, that’s a mystery to me.

If you're still on bags and the shop didn't disable and lifted it... Can pop bags

The windows and sunroof must be normalized after the battery is disconnected read your manual for that, as for the rear air springs they didn't disable it when they put it on the lift it needs to be reset

Thank you all for the replies. I dropped it off at the shop so they could address the issues. I'm having them look into the rear AC not working so I figure they can reset the windows and deal with the suspension.

Really appreciate all the help and support!

So the suspension issue is due to a rear airbag that looks like it ripped after they lifted the the vehicle. The tech says it turned off the suspension prior to doing the service. And since it's original suspension to the car I don't doubt they are old and busted at this time.

So one air bag is getting replaced so I can get the car back for the weekend. And now I'm on the hunt to do a conversion to standard suspension.
