I recently gave up on all of those wide spectrum weed killers including Ortho as I found them to be a waste of time. I hired a professional service to come in and spray and it was well worth the additional money to get them to do it.
They work on dandelions and not much else. My neighbor has some stuff called MSA or something that he swears by for killing unwanted grasses, but it's something like $50/gal, and probably the same thing that the pros use. I need to "borrow" some soon...

Anything with a 24D; dicamba mix like speed zone, obtainable without a license will work if you are persistent.

I use 24d, buy it at a farm supply. I add water and dye. The dye helps you get good coverage. I sprayed too late this year, the weeds are huge.
