needing weatherstrip for my 40 but I don’t want to spend $100 per door. Have yall done any weatherstrip without the preformed stuff? Can you buy it by the roll and stick it to the door? Thanks!

I still have my "fitted set" for my 76 top from CCOT I bought 15 years ago. Looks to me they just took a roll cut and glued the angles to make a fitted unit. If you aren't in a hurry I would just glue / tap a section - let dry - notch the corner glue/tape/dry and work your way around - add a few inches to circumference to make your sections - start in the top center and work your way around.

I’ll probably just do that. It never goes out in the rain anyway just tired of the doors flopping around
