When I first got my 60 series after driving my 80's pickups. The first time I went thru a bit of water about hub deep It died. Every time. I was worried that my new 60 was a pile of $%&^. with the 2f dizzy on the lower side, but is was just missing the splash apron on that side. but got me to thinking. There are lots of guys running GAS engines out there in deep mud and water crossings while overlanding, mud racing, or winch challenge. What are your tips and trick to keeping that thing running. And keeping your electrical gear, engine related or not DRY..From silicon spray and cut up mud flaps, milk jugs, venting, to condoms. List them here. and lets see some pics. Some guys may hold these as tightly guarded secrets. but lets further the knowledge folks.
