Replacing water pump.
Have all bolts out except one to far right as you face engine from front (driver side I guess).
It feels weird. I think it might be twisting and not turning. I’m afraid it is going to snap
So I have it soaking overnight with PBBlaster,
I feel it might be inevitable that my life become much more difficult tomorrow.

Any thoughts on anything to try to loosen up?
If it does break can I get away with leaving this one out?
If it does break it seems I will need to remove radiator and grill to get access to try and drill or extract out.

Thanks!

When trying to loosen any super tight bolt, smack it head on to jar it and turn it so very slightly to loosen, barely perceptible then stop. Then barely tighten it. Back & forth, back & forth. Microscopic movements each way.
Whatever you do, don’t try to unscrew it all in one go.
You want to break the corrosion bond between the threads slowly. Also smacking the bolt head on can jar the corrosion too, allowing the penetrating oil to weep father.
Go slow.
Best to get it moving a micrometer then spray with penetrating oil, smack it then let it soak again over night.

Got it out with pb blaster overnight and some heat this morning. Gentle slight back and forth turns. Thank God that sucker didn’t break.

But that PIA short little oil cooler hose. What in the heck ……
