Water leaking in the cab

So new to me 2004 LX470, wife and I dove it today and she noticed a couple of drops of water on her foot from beneath the dash. The car was bone drive and it hasn't rained here in WEEKs, any ideas?

There is a small rubber tube that drains the condensed water . it is most likely plugged. unplug it and your leak will be fixed
 
Check the cabin filter. Replace those

Why would the windshield leak if it hadn't rained in weeks?
 
that's true, but if their clogged water will flow out of the sunroof frame, down the a-pillar and under the dash. and the front drains do run down the a-pillar and out the lower kick panel

If the sunroof drains are clogged, you will get wet headliner. For the clogged water to get to under the dash, you should have very wet headliner. As @crimsonaudio pointed out it hadn't rained in weeks, therefore it is probably not clogged sunroof drains.
 
New in cabin filters are in the in the mail when they get here I'll repost on what I find under the dash....right now its just a minor in convince.
